Comments: We just had a 14x15 slab poured by Artistic Floors USA. Luis and his crew were great to work with. First, the return time on my initial call was almost immediate. They were able to come and give a quote right away. The scheduling of the pour was within a few days. The crew showed up on time, they worked very hard and fast and the pour was finished just when they said it would be. They cleaned up and our yard looked as if no one was there. The best part was they brought a sod machine and saved our grass to replant. This was unexpected and so wonderful. The next day they came and cut the lines, as before they were on time and cleaned up. Thank You Artistic Floors USA. We will for sure call again if need be.

Comments: We'd been looking for someone to install a concrete patio for us for a while, but weren't happy with the unresponsiveness of a couple other companies. It took a while to even get a quote from them. Luis was different in that he actually showed up on time to look at our situation and provide us a quote. His price was competitive and the customer service was great. The work was completed on time as promised. The edge of the patio needed some touching up and Luis sent someone out the very next day. I would happily call Luis again if we needed more work and have already recommended his company to several of our neighbors.

Comments: I've purchased a large barn type shed building and needed a large slab. Luis' men showed up and did all the needed grading in just a few hours and came two days later to do the pour. The following morning, bright and early two men returned to cut in the needed expansion joints. I couldn't be happier with the work done. Clean, prompt and very professional job. Comments: Patio surface: 5+ Base and peripherals: 4 Luis is exceptionally pleasant and very easy to work with. He helped us to choose from among the multitude of patterns that were available. I absolutely love my new stamped and colored patio. My less than perfect rating is due to some concrete debris that was left in the yard near the work area and a small amount of seepage that could not be safely chipped away from the base of one section. I would also have prefered some stain be applied underneath a door that was closed when it was applied. I'm a perfectionist and that matters to me-- in all honesty, it might not matter to most people.

It looks like sandstone and matches our fire place perfectly in the living room. I was very nervous to spend the money to do this but it was 3k cheaper then ripping out the old floor and starting over. Overall I cannot STRESS how great it looks. Comments: We were happy with all aspects of the job. Mr. Tabares was professional throughout the process, even with regards to working with us with respect to the cost involved. The crew worked fast, yet meticulously. No details were left out. They completed the job in six hours! We may possibly use them for other work in our home.

Comments: Luis and his crew did an outstanding job with my project; very professional, courteous and dependable. From step 1, the estimate and consultation, Luis was on time, he explained the process and preformed it just as he said. Upon completeion ofmy project, i asked for a portion to be refinished, which Luis gladly did with no problems or argument. I will call Luis in the future and will recommend him to others.
